Parcel delivery company UPS (NYSE:UPS) reported Q4 CY2025 results , but sales fell by 3.2% year on year to $24.48 billion. The company’s full-year revenue guidance of $89.7 billion at the midpoint came in 2% above analysts’ estimates.
Public filings and earnings reports show that UPS slashed its workforce by eliminating 48,000 jobs in 2025 and that another 20,000 positions are to be cut by early 2026 as part of the company’s three-year strategic plan.
