Sunshine and strides! 🐎💨🔆 Striding out after some sunny miles along the beach! I'd love to pretend this felt great, but honestly running has felt HORRIBLE. 😅🙃 However, it's only my first couple of weeks back after a long time out with injury, so I know I need to be patient... but everything hurts!! My quads, my ass, achilles, ankles. 😫🫠 Just need to keep reminding myself it'll get better, day by day. Key word for 2024 - PATIENCE. 🙏 | Eilish McColgan
